Being the original company to manufacture Black Angus carne asada picada for the Hispanic segment, Heartland has set the bar high for San Diego and food lovers have enjoyed the quality for many decades. Known for quality and custom cut product, Heartland produces specialty cuts, custom seasoned product and will tailor to your foodservice needs. Many of our end users have requested custom seasoned fajitas, strips, picada, cubes, diced and seasoned product.
