At Heartland our mission is to provide highest level of food safety while offering the best quality of products and service in food industry.  As a meat processor and food distributor we directly service all categories from Distribution Companies, Retailers, Government Institutions and local restaurants in San Diego County, Riverside County and Los Angeles County.  Known for our famous “Picada” cut, Heartland was the first meat processor to create this beautifully refined strip of beef.  We specialize in the Hispanic food industry and have mastered the creation of several signature items.
